Canadian made Ian Finch-Field grew up in an artistic family. Starting out at a very young age making piggy banks and comic books, which grew into wood working and metal working. In 2008 Ian started in leather, shortly after SkinzNhydez was born. A unique craft of leather, brass, and found objects. An original take on the "Steampunk" genera. Every piece Ian makes is a piece of wearable art.
In 2010 Andrew Jones asked for a unique piece for his short film, "Dr. Glamour", which appeared at many events. Also in 2010, Ian's works where featured on multiple pages in the book, "1000 Steampunk Creations".
In 2011, Winning an award of best in category in the wearable art fashion show, in Victoria, BC, Set things in motion, set his goals higher. Shortly after Justin Bieber was wearing one of SkinzNhydez Pieces, a full Steampunk style Gauntlet in the music Video, "Santa Clause is Coming to Town" for the Movie, "Arthur Christmas".
It's 2012 and the sky is the limit! Many new creations, mediums and Ideas are just around the corner for this lone worker at SkinzNhydez.

I know I'm getting anoyying with all the asking, but I really need to kow what you use for you gear, I mean, the leather, whats the thickness you use or do you stack sheet on each other to make it thicker, I'm starting to run out of time to get this project down and I really need some help with this...

I usually use a 6-7oz. But also use 5-6, 2-3, 8-9
